That's why you will only ever pay for the number of children you are actually using it for.
That's it! No confusing packages, no hidden charges. Access our complete software and add as many members of staff and parents as you like.
We offer a range of Multi Academy Trust and school group discounts. Please get in touch and our team will be happy to give you an exact quote for your setting.
Are there any optional extras or add-on modules?
Yes. Alongside the core platform we offer specialist modules that are priced separately, so you only pay for the ones your setting needs.
The first of these is the Arabic Language Arc, which extends holistic profiling to children's Arabic language development. More modules will follow.
Everything in the core subscription stays included — modules are additions, not features removed from the main platform. Get in touch and we'll give you an exact quote for the combination you need.
What if I want to cancel my contract?
Our terms and conditions are set out clearly from the start, and you can cancel without any fuss. We're happy to talk through the detail before you commit.
Can I see Arc Pathway before I commit?
Yes — start with a free demo, where we'll walk you and your team through the platform and answer whatever you want to ask.
After that we can give you access to a demo site, so you can explore the software and try things out for yourself before you decide. Full use of the platform with your own setting's data starts when you subscribe.
Can I book a free demo, and how does it work?
Yes. Book a demo and pick a date and time that works for you — we'll send a Teams or Zoom link.
A demo takes 20 to 45 minutes depending on how much time you have. Come on your own, with a few colleagues, or bring the whole team. We'll share our screen and walk you through the platform, and you can ask as many questions as you like. If you have a particular focus, we'll tailor the session around it.
Do you offer discounts for school groups or trusts?
Yes. We offer a range of discounts for Multi Academy Trusts and school groups. Get in touch and our team will give you an exact quote for your setting.
Do I have to pay extra for training and support?
No. Training and support are included in your subscription. If you need a refresher, or you have new staff joining the team, get in touch and we'll book a session over Teams or Zoom at a time that suits you.
Can I add as many classes, teachers and parents as I like?
Yes, as many as you like, at no extra cost. You only ever pay for the number of children you're using the platform for - never for staff members or parent accounts.
What's included in an Arc Pathway subscription?
Your subscription gives you full access to the core Arc Pathway platform:
- Assessment profiling, next steps and learning pathways
- Observations and learning journals
- Care diary — meals, milk, sleep, toileting, medical incidents and more
- Whole-cohort data reporting suite
- PDF reports for each child
- Parent sharing and communication
- App and web browser versions
Training and support are included, and you can add as many staff and parent accounts as you like at no extra cost.

Are there any set-up or additional fees?
No. You tell us how many children you'd like to use the platform for, and that's all you pay for. There are no set-up fees, no hidden charges and no confusing packages.
