That's why you will only ever pay for the number of children you are actually using it for.
That's it! No confusing packages, no hidden charges. Access our complete software and add as many members of staff and parents as you like.
Prices range between £5 and £10 per child, per year, depending on the size of your cohort.
We offer a range of Multi Academy Trust and school group discounts. Please get in touch and our team will be happy to give you an exact quote for your setting.

How much does Arc Pathway cost?
Prices range between £5 and £10 per child, per year. You only pay for the number of children you are using the platform for.
Are there any additional/set-up fees?
No. Just let us know how many children you'd like to use the platform for - that's all you'll pay for. No hidden charges!
Do I have to pay extra for training and support?
No, this is all included in your subscription.

What's included in an Arc Pathway subscriptions?
Everything! For a one-off cost each year, you will have full access to all the features on the platform, including:
- Assessment profiling, next steps and learning pathways
- Observations and learning journal
- Care diary (track meals, medical incidents, milk, toileting, sleep and more)
- App and web browser version
- Sharing and communicating with parents
- Whole cohort data reporting suite
- Generate PDF reports for each child
And much more.
Can I add as many classes, teachers, and parents/carers as I like?
Absolutely. Again, you won't pay any extra.
What if I want to cancel my contract?
We are very up-front with our terms and conditions and our contract with you will be clearly laid out from the start. You can cancel without any fuss, but - if we're honest - it hardly ever happens :).
Can I get a free demo?
Yes, just get in touch and we'll set up your demo call. You choose your time and date, and we'll book it in. Keep your camera on or off - we don't mind :).
How does the free demo work?
Get in touch with us at info@arcpathway.com. We'll book in a date and time that works for you, and send you a Teams/Zoom link.
Just you, a few colleagues or your whole team - whatever you prefer. We'll share our screen and walk you through the platform.
Ask as many questions as you want. If you have a particular focus, we can tailor the session accordingly.
