Arc Pathway is an online system to help you track your child’s developmental progress. Arc Pathway provides helpful tips and activities as well as effective, targeted, individualised next steps to support your child’s progress.
In the light of recent findings, children are starting school in the UK with clear gaps in communication and pre-literacy skills, despite the tracking systems presently in use. Arc Pathway has been created to specifically target these gaps and give children the best possible start to their development and education.
Arc Pathway covers 7 areas of learning from 12 months. It includes very early pre-literacy and pre-numeracy skills as well as crucial attention skills and early sensory processing. Overall Arc Pathway incorporates 31 different strands of development and learning from 12 to 60 months.
The seven areas of learning include:
- Physical Development
- Communication and Language
- Expressive Arts and Design
- Understanding the World
Arc Pathway’s assessment criteria are sensitive enough to identify small yet significant milestones that underpin your child’s learning. Arc Pathway places wellbeing at the heart of your child’s assessment and learning journey, which not only promotes and supports your child’s mental health but also enriches their learning and development.
